Janet brings a strong background in business and executive management to her role at Third Eye Associates, with experience spanning non-profits, higher education, law, human healthcare, and veterinary services. She is passionate about improving processes, streamlining procedures, and coordinating operations to ensure both efficiency and a positive experience for clients and colleagues.

A nearly lifelong resident of the Mid-Hudson Valley, Janet is deeply committed to creating an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected. She joined Third Eye Associates early in 2026, and is proud to be part of a team dedicated to meaningful and impactful work.

Outside the office, Janet loves spending time with her three grown children whom she affectionately calls her “favorite people”, along with her Chihuahua, Zoro. She also enjoys long walks, beach visits, gardening, paper crafting, and exploring arts and crafts festivals.
